You call me Southern Belle, which I enjoys racing cars and in-line skating. I have two kids and a husband that I’ve been separated for a year in a half. I’m struggling trying to regain my life back. I started this program at Crittenton Women’s Union. That has a Woman to Woman training program that really focuses on advocacing for low-income women issue such as child care, and housing. I was disqualify for a child care voucher because my low-income is more then the cash benefit from the DTA. Due to the restriction though DTA a person who refused to accept the cash benefit automatically cannot qualify for child care assistant. I’m a chairperson for CAB for shelter life changes for the best of the client interest.  I have a question for those who are in the same boat as I do you really think that's fair?
