Future Endeavors

In five years I hope to have my bachelor’s degree in Accounting and to be fluent in Spanish. My goal is to work in a nonprofit organization that helps immigrants learn more about financial literacy. Ultimately, I want to be the controller or CPA of the company I choose to work for. I am proficient in French but want to be fluent in French and Haitian Creole as well.
I intend to return to college in the fall at UMass in Boston. I want to major in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting. Somewhere along the way I want to receive some type of degree or certification in Information Technology.
My life skills will definitely make me more marketable and financially independent. Right now I am enrolled in Critttenton Women’s Union and will graduate in two weeks. After that I will be interning here twice a week for a month while continuing my job search.
